My goal is to work with you to create your own unique path to fitness, which should be rewarding, progressive and yes, fun!  During our first consultation, I perform a physical assessment, postural overview, and gather information on your body’s history.  This allows me to design a custom program of corrective stretching, core training, resistance work and balance, and cardio exercise.  I emphasize good alignment and form as part of the training process so the body can learn the safest way to move.  I believe the only “miracles” in training are consistency, focus and work.

I have certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM),  National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF), CHEK Institute Nutrition/Lifestyle Coach, Level 1, Yoga Alliance 200Hr. Certification, and Group Exercise Leader with the American Senior Fitness Association.

First Consultation – $50

I meet with new clients for an hour to assess their flexibility, strength, injury history, and movement background.  To arrange a first consultation, please contact me.

Training Locations:

  • Diakadi – San Francisco’s largest personal-training only facility and five star gym
  • your home
  • Binky’s Barn, Studio 126 at Project Artaud


Sessions are purchased in packages.

Full session (55 minutes) packages:

  • 5 session package – $400 ($80/session)
  • 10 session package – $750 ($75/session)

Half session (30 minutes) packages:

  • 5 session package – $225 ($45/session)
  • 10 session package – $420 ($42/session)

Payable by cash or check at first session.
